Corruptly or wilfully and without authority appearing as attorney for a party to an action or proceeding constitutes a cause for disbarment or suspension.

Establishes corrupt or willful appearance as an attorney for a party, without authority, as cause for disbarment or suspension. The disciplinary ground applies when an attorney appears in an action or proceeding on behalf of a party without authorization and does so corruptly or willfully, making that unauthorized representation professional misconduct.
