The board may increase the annual license fees fixed by Sections 6140 and 6141 by an additional amount not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25) to be applied to the costs of the disciplinary system.
Notes
Allows the board to increase the annual license fees fixed by the specified provisions by an additional amount of no more than $25. Any increase imposed under this authority must be applied to the costs of the State Bar disciplinary system.
