A registrant whose certificate is revoked shall be entitled to challenge the decision in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Notes
Allows a registrant whose certificate has been revoked to challenge that revocation decision in a court of competent jurisdiction. The right to seek judicial review arises from revocation of the certificate and permits the affected registrant to contest the decision before a court with authority to hear the challenge.
