There is in each county of this State a board of law library trustees, which governs the law library established for the county under the provisions of this chapter.

Notes

Establishes in each California county a board of law library trustees to govern the county law library created under the chapter. The provision assigns governance of each chapter-established county law library to that county’s trustee board and does not specify trustee composition, appointment, terms, fees, or operating procedures in this section.
