The board of supervisors may appropriate from the county treasury for law library purposes such sums as may in their discretion appear proper. When so paid into the law library fund, those sums shall constitute a part of the fund and be used for the same purposes.

Allows a county board of supervisors, in its discretion, to appropriate from the county treasury amounts it considers proper for law-library purposes. Requires any amount so paid into the law-library fund to become part of that fund and to be used for the same purposes as the rest of the fund.
