A board may purchase books, journals, other publications, and other personal property. It may dispose of obsolete or duplicate books, and other unneeded or unusable property.

Allows a law-library board to purchase books, journals, other publications, and other personal property for the library. Allows the board also to dispose of books that are obsolete or duplicates and to dispose of other property that the board no longer needs or that has become unusable.
