The bureau may adopt, amend, or repeal, in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act (Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code), regulations necessary to enable the bureau to carry into effect the provisions of law relating to this chapter.

Notes

Allows the Professional Fiduciaries Bureau to adopt, amend, or repeal regulations needed to carry into effect the laws relating to the chapter. Requires the bureau to use the procedures of the Administrative Procedure Act when exercising that regulatory authority, including when changing or repealing previously adopted regulations.
