Only a person who holds a current and active license from the bureau may identify themselves as a “licensed professional fiduciary.”

Notes

Limits use of the title “licensed professional fiduciary” to a person who holds a current and active license from the bureau. A person without such a current, active bureau license may not identify themselves using that licensed-professional-fiduciary title in any capacity.
