A licensee shall keep complete and accurate client records, and shall make those records available for audit or review by the bureau upon request.

Requires a licensee to maintain complete and accurate records for each client and to make those client records available to the bureau whenever the bureau requests them for audit or review. The duty covers both completeness and accuracy and requires access for either type of bureau examination.
