The board may, by regulation, define the scope of each branch of professional engineering other than civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering for which registration is provided under this chapter.
Notes
Allows the board, by regulation, to define the scope of each branch of professional engineering for which the chapter provides registration, other than civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering. The regulatory authority therefore applies to registered professional-engineering branches outside those three specifically excluded branches.
