A locksmith whose license has been canceled pursuant to this article, may obtain a new license only upon compliance with all of the provisions of this chapter relating to the issuance of an initial license.

Notes

Requires a locksmith whose license was canceled under the article to obtain any new license by complying with every chapter provision governing issuance of an initial license. The canceled license therefore cannot simply be restored; the locksmith must satisfy the same stated requirements applicable to issuance of an original initial license.
