California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 3 — Professions and Vocations Generally, Chapter 9 — Contractors, Article 1 — Administration, Section 7013
The board may in its discretion review and sustain or reverse by a majority vote any action or decision of the registrar.
This section shall apply to any action, decision, order, or proceeding of the registrar conducted in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
Notes
Allows the Contractors State License Board, in its discretion and by majority vote, to review any action or decision of the registrar and either sustain or reverse it. Extends that review authority to any registrar action, decision, order, or proceeding conducted under the specified Government Code administrative-hearing chapter.
