Service of a citation issued under Section 7028.7 may be made by certified mail at the last known business address or residence address of the person cited.
Notes
Allows service of a citation issued under the specified contractor provision by certified mail sent to the cited person’s last known business address or residence address. The provision authorizes either listed address for certified-mail service and does not require personal delivery in addition to that method.
