The licensing provisions of this chapter do not apply to any person registered under Chapter 20 (commencing with Section 9800) if that person’s activities consist only of installing satellite antenna systems on residential structures or property.
Notes
Exempts a person registered under the referenced chapter from the licensing provisions of this chapter when the person’s activities consist only of installing satellite antenna systems on residential structures or residential property. The exemption is limited both to registered persons and to that specified residential satellite-installation activity.
