Any reference by a contractor in his advertising, soliciting, or other presentments to the public to any bond required to be filed pursuant to this chapter is a ground for the suspension of the license of such contractor.

Notes

Prohibits a contractor from referring in advertising, solicitation, or other presentations to the public to any bond that the contractor is required to file under the chapter. Making such a public reference to a required bond is expressly established as a ground for suspension of the contractor’s license.
