Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a complaint referred to arbitration pursuant to Section 7085 is not subject to disclosure to the public until such time as an investigation into an alleged violation of Section 7085.6 has been initiated by the registrar.

Notes

Prohibits public disclosure of a complaint referred to arbitration under the specified provision until the registrar has initiated an investigation into an alleged violation of the arbitration-award enforcement provision. The confidentiality rule applies notwithstanding other law and lasts until that particular investigation has begun.
