California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 3 — Professions and Vocations Generally, Chapter 9 — Contractors, Article 6 — Records, Section 7080.5
When an application has been accepted by the registrar, the name and address of the applicant, every classification for which the applicant has applied, and the names and titles of all personnel who have signed the application shall be publicly posted by the registrar, on the day following acceptance, in the office of the Contractors State License Board in Sacramento.

Requires the registrar, on the day after accepting a contractor-license application, to publicly post the applicant’s name and address, every classification sought, and the names and titles of all personnel who signed the application. The posting must occur in the Contractors State License Board’s Sacramento office.
