(a) The failure of a licensee to comply with a citation after it is final is a ground for suspension or revocation of license.

(b) The failure of an applicant for licensure to comply with a citation after it is final is a ground for denial of license.

Notes

Sets failure by a licensee to comply with a citation after the citation becomes final as grounds for suspension or revocation of the license. It separately sets an applicant’s failure to comply with a final citation as grounds for denying that applicant a license under the chapter.
