California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 3 — Professions and Vocations Generally, Chapter 9 — Contractors, Article 7 — Disciplinary Proceedings, Section 7106

The suspension or revocation of license as in this chapter provided may also be embraced in any action otherwise proper in any court involving the licensee’s performance of his legal obligation as a contractor.

Notes

Allows suspension or revocation of a contractor’s license to be included in an otherwise proper court action involving the licensee’s performance of legal obligations as a contractor. The provision permits the licensing consequence to be addressed within that court action rather than limiting suspension or revocation to a separate proceeding.
