The failure of, or refusal by, a licensee to respond to a written request of the registrar to cooperate in the investigation of a complaint against that licensee constitutes a cause for disciplinary action.

Notes

Sets a licensee’s failure or refusal to respond to the registrar’s written request for cooperation in investigating a complaint against that licensee as grounds for disciplinary action. The disciplinary trigger requires a written request from the registrar and concerns cooperation with an investigation of a complaint directed against the licensee.
