Failure in a material respect on the part of a licensee to complete any construction project or operation for the price stated in the contract for such construction project or operation or in any modification of such contract constitutes a cause for disciplinary action.

Notes

Establishes a cause for disciplinary action when a licensee materially fails to complete a construction project or operation for the price stated in the applicable contract or in any modification of that contract. The disciplinary ground concerns material failure to complete the contracted work for the stated or modified contract price.
