Any licensee whose signature appears on a falsified certificate in support of an examinee’s experience qualifications, or otherwise certifying to false or misleading experience claims by an applicant, which have been submitted to obtain a contractor’s license shall be subject to disciplinary action.

Notes

Sets a licensee’s certification of false or misleading applicant experience claims as grounds for disciplinary action, including when the licensee’s signature appears on a falsified certificate supporting an examinee’s experience qualifications. The rule applies when the false experience material is submitted for the purpose of obtaining a contractor’s license.
