California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 4 — Real Estate, Part 1 — Licensing of Persons, Chapter 1 — General Provisions, Section 10004
(a) “Department” means the Department of Real Estate in the Business and Consumer Services Agency.
(b) The amendments made to this section by the act adding this subdivision shall become operative on July 1, 2026.
