This article shall not apply to a newspaper of general circulation.

Notes

Exempts a newspaper of general circulation from this article and therefore removes that category of newspaper from requirements the article would otherwise impose. The exclusion applies based on being a newspaper of general circulation and operates across the article as a whole, rather than only against a particular duty within it.
