No real estate license gives authority to do any act specified in this chapter to any person, other than the person to whom the license is issued.

Notes

Limits authority under a real estate license to the person to whom the license was issued. The license does not authorize any other person to perform acts specified in this chapter, so licensed authority is personal to the named licensee and cannot be transferred, shared, or relied upon by another person merely because the license exists.
