For a violation of Section 10161.8, 10162, 10163, or subdivision (b) of Section 10164, the commissioner may temporarily suspend or permanently revoke the license of the real estate licensee in accordance with this part relating to hearings.

Notes

Allows the commissioner to temporarily suspend or permanently revoke a real estate license for violations of the specified office-location, branch-office, or managerial-supervision provisions. Any suspension or revocation under this authority must proceed in accordance with the hearing procedures that this part applies to real estate licensing discipline.
