The commissioner may deny, suspend or revoke the real estate license of a corporation as to any officer or agent acting under its license without revoking the license of the corporation.

Allows the commissioner to deny, suspend, or revoke a corporation’s real estate license as to a particular officer or agent acting under that license without revoking the corporation’s license itself. The provision permits discipline to be limited to the identified officer or agent rather than automatically terminating the corporate license for everyone.
