California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 4 — Real Estate, Part 1 — Licensing of Persons, Chapter 6 — Revenue, Article 2 — Exemption from Fees, Section 10462

A military licensee shall not be entitled to the privileges of this article if he receives a dishonorable discharge from the military service of the United States or if he voluntarily remains in the military service for more than seven years from the date of notification to the commissioner as provided by subdivision (a) of Section 10460.

Notes

Limits the privileges provided by this article for a military licensee by denying them after a dishonorable discharge or when the licensee voluntarily remains in United States military service for more than seven years after notifying the commissioner as required by the referenced provision. Either circumstance independently makes the military licensee ineligible for the article’s privileges.
