“Planned development” has the same meaning as specified in Section 4175 or 6562 of the Civil Code.

Notes

Defines “planned development” by assigning the term the same meaning specified in either of the two cited Civil Code provisions. For purposes of this chapter, the cross-referenced Civil Code meanings therefore supply the definition of planned development whenever that term is used under this provision.
