Any sums received by the bureau pursuant to any provisions of this chapter shall be deposited in the State Treasury and credited to the Recovery Account.

Notes

Requires every sum the bureau receives under any provision of the chapter to be deposited in the State Treasury and credited to the Recovery Account. Chapter receipts received by the bureau therefore must flow through the State Treasury to the Recovery Account as their designated statutory destination.
