This chapter shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2030, and as of that date is repealed.

Sets January 1, 2030, as the date the chapter is repealed and provides that the chapter remains in effect only until then. The provision therefore ends the chapter’s continued effect on January 1, 2030 and makes that same date the chapter’s repeal date.
