California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 4 — Real Estate, Part 3 — Licensing and Certification of Real Estate Appraisers, Chapter 9 — Miscellaneous, Section 11422

The bureau shall, on or before February 1, 1994, and at least annually thereafter, transmit to the appraisal subcommittee specified in subdivision (g) of Section 11302 a roster of persons licensed pursuant to this part.

Notes

Requires the bureau to transmit to the specified appraisal subcommittee a roster of persons licensed under the part at least annually. The provision also set an initial transmission deadline of February 1, 1994, after which the annual reporting obligation continues.
