Each person is guilty of a separate offense for each day during any portion of which any violation of this chapter is committed, continued, or permitted by the person, and the person shall be punishable therefor as provided in this division.

Establishes a separate offense for every day, or portion of a day, during which a person commits, continues, or permits a violation of this chapter. Each daily offense is separately punishable under the penalties provided elsewhere in this division, so continued or permitted conduct can produce multiple offenses over time.
