California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 5 — Weights and Measures, Chapter 14 — Fuels and Lubricants, Article 8 — Price Indications on Motor Vehicle Fuel Dispensing Apparatus, Section 13471
Each sign required by this article shall be placed in a conspicuous place on the dispensing apparatus and if service of motor vehicle fuel may be made from more than one side of such dispensing apparatus the sign shall be so placed as to be visible from at least two sides of the dispensing apparatus.
Notes
Requires every sign mandated by the article to be placed conspicuously on the fuel-dispensing apparatus. If motor vehicle fuel can be served from more than one side of the dispenser, the sign must be positioned so it is visible from at least two sides of that apparatus.
