The provisions of this article do not apply to the sale of motor vehicle fuel for aircraft through or from any portable dispensing device.

Notes

Exempts sales of motor vehicle fuel for aircraft from the article when the fuel is sold through or from a portable dispensing device. The exemption applies specifically to aircraft-fuel sales using portable dispensing equipment, removing those transactions from the article based on both the fuel’s aircraft use and the portable method of dispensing.
