The jurisdiction of a county sealer appointed by a county or the secretary extends over the entire territorial limits of the county.

Extends the jurisdiction of a county sealer appointed by a county or by the secretary throughout the entire territorial limits of that county. The provision makes the whole county the geographic scope of the sealer’s authority and does not confine jurisdiction to a district, city, facility, or other smaller area inside the county.
