(a) A weighmaster is not required to provide weighing services to the general public.
(b) Weighing for hire is at the discretion of the weighmaster.
Notes
Exempts a weighmaster from any requirement to provide weighing services to the general public. It also allows each weighmaster to decide whether to perform weighing for hire, making that service discretionary rather than a mandatory consequence of holding a weighmaster license.
