The secretary may, at any time, require a vehicle to proceed to the nearest vehicle scale for the purpose of weight verification.

Notes

Allows the secretary, at any time, to direct a vehicle to proceed to the nearest vehicle scale for weight verification. The authority applies when the secretary requires verification and permits the secretary to select the nearest vehicle scale as the place where the vehicle’s weight will be checked.
