California CodesBusiness and Professions Code - BPCDivision 6 — Business RightsChapter 2 — Model State Trademark LawArticle 11 — SeverabilitySection 14265
If any provision of this chapter, or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this chapter shall not be affected thereby.
Notes
Establishes severability for the chapter by providing that if any provision, or its application to a particular person or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of the chapter remains unaffected. The invalidity therefore does not automatically invalidate other provisions or applications.
