Any person who registers as his own, any name already in use in this State, knowing that the name is already adopted as the name of a farm, or makes use of the name when regularly registered and in use by any other person entitled thereto under this article is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Notes

Prohibits knowingly registering as one's own a name already in use in California and already adopted as a farm name, or using a farm name that is regularly registered and in use by another person entitled to it under the article. A person committing either described act under the stated conditions is guilty of a misdemeanor.
