In the prosecution of any person as officer, director or agent, it is sufficient to allege and prove the unlawful intent of the person, firm or corporation for which he acts.
Notes
Allows prosecution of a person acting as an officer, director, or agent to establish unlawful intent by alleging and proving the unlawful intent of the person, firm, or corporation for which the defendant acts. The rule permits the principal’s or organization’s intent to supply the intent allegation and proof required in the prosecution of its representative.
