Unless otherwise expressly provided, the remedies or penalties provided by this chapter are cumulative to each other and to the remedies or penalties available under all other laws of this state.

Establishes that, unless another provision expressly states otherwise, the remedies and penalties under this chapter are cumulative both to one another and to remedies or penalties available under other California laws. The rule allows multiple applicable enforcement tools to coexist and prevents an available chapter remedy or penalty from automatically displacing another legal remedy or penalty.
