Any action to enforce any cause of action pursuant to this chapter shall be commenced within four years after the cause of action accrued. No cause of action barred under existing law on the effective date of this section shall be revived by its enactment.

Notes

Limits actions to enforce causes of action under the unfair-competition chapter to four years after the cause of action accrues. The limitations rule applies to enforcement actions under that chapter and does not revive any cause of action that was already barred by the applicable limitations period on the provision's effective date.
