Notes

Allows a court, in addition to any other remedy available under law, to order transfer of a domain name as relief for a violation of this article. The transfer remedy is expressly cumulative, so a court may award it alongside other legally available remedies rather than treating domain-name transfer as the exclusive form of relief.
