There shall be no personal liability on the part of and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation or the directors, officers, employees, or agents of the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation on any decision to deny a claim for payment from the restitution fund.

Notes

Exempts the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from personal liability and from any cause of action arising from a decision to deny payment of a claim from the restitution fund. The immunity stated here concerns claim-denial decisions and covers both the corporation and the listed individuals acting for it.
