Any broadcast or print advertisement or notice that contains a 900 number shall be written or spoken in the same language as the language used in a recorded message or by a live operator of the 900 number call.

Notes

Requires every broadcast or print advertisement or notice containing a 900 number to use the same language, whether written or spoken, as the language used in the recorded message or by the live operator who handles calls placed to that 900 number.
