Any person violating this chapter is for each offense guilty of a misdemeanor.

Notes

Establishes each violation of the chapter as a misdemeanor offense. Every separate offense that violates a chapter provision is therefore classified as a misdemeanor, applying the criminal classification to persons who commit chapter violations and making misdemeanor treatment the chapter-wide consequence specified by this provision.
