“Trading stamp company” means any person engaged in any manner in distributing trading stamps for retail issuance by others or in redeeming trading stamps for retailers.

Defines a trading stamp company as any person engaged in distributing trading stamps for retailers or others to issue at retail, redeeming trading stamps for retailers, or both. The definition reaches a person involved in either the distribution side or the redemption side of trading-stamp operations for retail merchants.
