If an article is composed of mechanism, works or movements and of a case or cover containing the mechanism, works or movements, a quality mark applied to the article shall not apply to the mechanism, works or movements.
Notes
Limits a quality mark on an article made of a mechanism, works, or movements enclosed in a case or cover so that the mark does not apply to the mechanism, works, or movements. The exclusion applies to those internal parts contained by the article's case or cover.
