Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Notes

Establishes a misdemeanor offense for any person who violates any provision of the chapter. The rule makes chapter compliance enforceable through misdemeanor treatment and applies that criminal classification to violations throughout the chapter, rather than limiting misdemeanor status to a particular prohibited act or category of regulated conduct.
